Roster Moves: Love Back, Fallis and Vlasov Suspended

Winston-Salem, NC - The Carolina Thunderbirds are announcing roster moves ahead of this weekend's games against the Mentor Ice Breakers.

The Thunderbirds are first happy to announce that defenseman Taylor Love is returning to Carolina after a loan stint with the Macon Mayhem. Love last appeared in a game for the Thunderbirds on November 24, ironically enough against Mentor. Love in the FHL this season has eight games played and three points (1G-2A). While with Macon he registered three points(1G-2A) in 29 games.

In a corresponding move, Stan Vlasov has been suspended off the active roster.

Also in roster news the Carolina Thunderbirds learned of the league suspension of Chase Fallis for one game. Fallis received a boarding major and a game misconduct in Sunday's suspended game against the Elmira Enforcers.

Carolina and Mentor start up their last weekend against each other this season with a 7:35 puck drop at the Fairgrounds Annex on Friday. Tickets are available at the Fairgrounds Box Office or online at TicketMaster.
