Fans may request birthday and special occasion announcements to be recognized during a Thunderbirds home game at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Arena. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, milestone, or another special moment, this is a fun way to share the occasion with family, friends, and the Thunderbirds crowd.

All birthday and special occasion requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the desired game date. Requests submitted inside the 48-hour window will not be accepted online.

Please complete the form on this page with the requested information, including the name of the person being recognized, the occasion, seat location, and game date. While the Thunderbirds will make every effort to accommodate submitted requests, announcements are subject to timing, game presentation needs, and availability.
