Donation Requests

The Twin City Thunderbirds are proud to support local organizations and community initiatives throughout the Triad.

As part of our commitment to making a positive impact beyond the ice, the Thunderbirds will consider in-kind donation requests from non-profit and community-based organizations. While we are unable to fulfill every request, we review each submission carefully and do our best to support causes that align with our community mission.

To help us process requests efficiently, please review the guidelines below before submitting your request.

Donation Request Guidelines

All donation requests must be submitted through the online form on this page at least four weeks prior to the scheduled event.

Because the Triad is our home, donation consideration is generally focused on organizations and events serving Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, and the surrounding community.

Approved donations must be picked up at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Arena unless otherwise arranged.

Organizations interested in additional fundraising opportunities are also encouraged to contact the Thunderbirds. We are always open to exploring ways to help local non-profits connect with our fans and strengthen their fundraising efforts.
