Looking for a one-of-a-kind game day experience? Take your Thunderbirds night to the next level with a ride on the Zamboni at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Arena.
Fan Zamboni rides give guests the chance to experience the ice from a unique perspective during a Twin City Thunderbirds home game. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, surprising a young fan, creating a special family memory, or simply looking for something different on game night, a Zamboni ride is one of the most memorable experiences available inside the arena.
Rides are available for $10 per seat and are offered based on availability for select Thunderbirds home games.
How It Works
Fans interested in riding the Zamboni should complete the request form on this page and select the home game date or dates they are interested in attending. If seats are available for one of the selected games, a Thunderbirds staff member will contact you with additional details.
Submitting the form does not guarantee availability. Space is limited, and Zamboni ride opportunities may fill quickly throughout the season.

Fan Zamboni rides are available during Thunderbirds home games only and are subject to game presentation timing, arena operations, and availability.
Guests selected for a Zamboni ride should be prepared to follow all instructions from Thunderbirds and arena staff. Additional information regarding arrival time, payment, and ride details will be provided once availability is confirmed.
