Kraemer Named Continental Division Rookie All Star

Carolina Thunderbirds forward Roman Kraemer has been named a Continental Division Rookie All Star, the league announced on Wednesday.

Kraemer has put up 11 multi-point outings this season, scoring 16 times and assisting on 25 goals, earning him Rookie All Star honors. The Moon Township, Pennsylvania native broke onto the scene in Carolina with a two-goal game on his debut and has recorded four points in a game three times this season.

The Thunderbirds return to action on Thursday evening at the Fairgrounds Arena in Winston-Salem hosting the Columbus River Dragons. Tickets are still available for this weekend’s games and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com or at the Arena Box Office.
