Dilly Dilly! Henry Dill Returned From Loan Deal With Macon

Winston-Salem, NC - The Carolina Thunderbirds are announcing the return of goaltender Henry Dill from his loan stint with the Macon Mayhem of the Southern Professional Hockey League.

Dill played in four games as a member of the Mayhem and registered a 2-2 record with a 2.55 GAA and .883 save percentage. During his time he served primarily as a backup to Ian Sylves. For reference, Dill's record as a member of the Thunderbirds so far this season is 5-0-1-2 (W-OTW-OTL-L) with a 1.86 GAA and a .924 save percentage. He was named FHL goaltender of the month in November.

"With Dill coming back we have three good goalies in the team now" head coach Andre Niec said. "It is certainly going to be a difficult decision moving forward who plays how many games. However its a good problem to have so much quality in the net."

Dill returns to a Carolina team that is in the midst of a 20-game winning streak and the Thunderbirds travel to Danville this weekend to attempt to tie the FHL record for consecutive games won at 21 on Friday night.
