Dill Named FHL Goaltender of the Month for November

Syracuse, NY - The Federal Hockey League announced today that Carolina Thunderbirds goaltender Henry Dill has been named the Goaltender of the Month for November.

Dill played in 7 games for the Thunderbirds and had a record 5-0-0-2 (W-OTW-OTL-L) with a GAA of 1.58 and a .936 SV%. He has recorded two shutouts so far this season, one against Port Huron on October 27th and one in Elmira on November 17th. His five victories in November tied him with Cody Karpinski (Watertown) for the most wins by any other goaltender.

Dill's two shutouts make him the Thunderbirds' franchise leader in that category. He is also within shouting distance of the wins record for the Thunderbirds and is on pace to post the best seasons by save percentage and goals against average in Thunderbirds history.

The 23-year-old native of Columbus, OH played four years of college hockey for UMass Amherst (two years) and Utica College (two years).
