Single-Game tickets on sale Sept. 16

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Carolina Thunderbirds, 2019 Commissioner’s Cup champion and proud member of the Federal Prospects Hockey League, announced that single-game tickets will go on sale Monday, Sept. 16 at 10a.m.

Single-game tickets are not handled directly by the Thunderbirds office, but instead are handled by the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Annex Box Office or via Ticketmaster.

Fans wishing to purchase single-game tickets may do so directly by visiting the box office at the Annex during operating hours from 10a.m.- 5p.m., Monday through Saturday. Tickets can not be purchased by phone. Any single-game ticket questions should be directed to the box office at (336) 774-8880.

For web and mobile users, Ticketmaster.com and the Ticketmaster app can also be used to purchase single-game tickets. On Sept. 16, fans may use the Ticketmaster search bar to search “Carolina Thunderbirds” and the website or app will direct you to single-game links.

All patrons who have considered purchasing season tickets are encouraged to do so soon. After Monday, Sept. 16, there is no guarantee that a seat will be available for all games in a new season, half-season or 10-game pack. All season tickets, half-season tickets, 10 and eight-game packs are available by calling the Thunderbirds office at (336)774-4625.

Carolina opens their home portion of the season on Friday, Nov. 8 against Danbury. That night, the team will wear special commemorative championship jerseys that will auctioned off live after the game. Also, the team will raise the championship banner and all fans in attendance will receive a championship rally towel present by UniFirst.

The Carolina Thunderbirds are proud members of the Federal Hockey League, now in its tenth season. The Thunderbirds are looking forward to their third season of play and one where they hope to defend their 2018-19 Commissioner's Cup Championship. The Thunderbirds welcomed in nearly 95,000 people to their home, the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Annex, during their championship run shattering their old team attendance record in the process.
