What time do doors open for playoff games?

All doors will open at 6 p.m. for any 7:30 p.m. game and at 4:30 p.m. for any 6 p.m. games

Please check the Carolina Thunderbirds Facebook page for all parking updates on game day. 

How can I pick up my playoff tickets?

Playoff tickets can be picked up at the Thunderbirds office at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Arena between 10 a.m.-4 p.m. or at the box office on Game Day.

How can I buy single-game playoff tickets?

Single-game playoff tickets can be bought at the box office in-person or online at Single Game Ticket Information. Playoff tickets for Game Three will be on sale on Ticketmaster immediately following Saturday's game if a third game is needed.

How can I pick-up an online merchandise order or auction item?

All orders can be picked up at the back merchandise stand during the week between 10 a.m.-4 p.m. or at any home game.
